Daisy’s surgery to resect her third cancerous tumor in as many years is today at 10:30 a.m. PST in our hometown of Santa Barbara, CA. The tumor is sitting where her last two were and is the size of a golfball. It is apparently connected to the spleen and part of her bowel.

The miracle we were praying for didn’t happen. The tumor is still there and it doesn’t look good. Next week = surgery. Please keep praying and believing God for a miracle! He is the author of LIFE!

Not sure how to say this guys… My daughter Daisy (7) had a CAT scan yesterday. Her cancer has returned. 3rd time being diagnosed with cancer in as many years. She has a golf ball size tumor right where her last one was. This morning at 10:45AM she gets a PET scan to look closer and see if its anywhere else and in prep for surgery next week. Daisy has a scan this morning. Strange, we’ll either be celebrating or weeping tonight. Either way, we trust Jesus.

For the first time in 2 years Daisy is gaining weight!! She has fluctuated between 36 and 42 pounds for the last two years, depending on how sick she was and the difficulty of her treatments, etc. She was 42 pounds when she was first diagnised with a stage 3 Wilm’s tumor at the age of 5. She is now 7, and today she weighed in at 46 pounds!!! Thank you Jesus!!!
